As you see people nowadays are claiming copyrights against other artists that have smaller audiences or to be known less by other people, they claim that it’s not original and they’re the one copying them.
Some may go into depression or have anxiety to post anything without permission or knowledge to know if the pictures or etc. are going to get claimed or not. For example YouTube, instagram, twitter, Facebook.
YouTube has been very great for someone that wanted to spread their ideas and such but it’s also unfair because “ YouTube Laws” are very tricky because YouTube is not that fair. An example would be “sharing content.” This would affect more populated channels because they have a bigger audience to take care of so they needed to be careful of copyright .
And another problem is YouTube doesn’t do anything with reaction channels. Now the problem with some reaction channels is they don’t make their content different from the original one. They would show the whole original video and not say anything more than three sentences so it doesn’t count as them changing the content from the original one and the original one loses views, so you can see that this is not fair at all for the original and the creator that has been working so hard on it.
In conclusion, copyrights claim are not fair and it should improve. Also people can have the same idea but in different ways, so don’t say to other people that it’s wrong or this isn’t original cause nothing in this world is original. We should appreciate of what we did and not stealings other people work and claiming it’s yours.
I think telling a specific story of someone having their content taken down unfairly due to copyright claim would add a lot of strength to your argument.
