How to decrease stress Schoology.

Some may say that people need to  keep stress to themselves or in the most cause people used to solve problems by giving this problem to other people but who knows that makes people help with  stress. It lives around in your life, it can be when we watch____, taste, smell , or speak that from the bad words. For example when you are too lazy to do your work also some people are lazy too. Definitely everythings will be not too much and not to less such as if you only give nice words for self and not have break time it can make a result damage effect to your body like low back pain or maybe it can be chronic heart failure and the important the there are not only damage to our body it destroy the mind and thoughts too. And a lot of people die from stress every year .

I would like to use my dad as an example. He does  work everyday and every night while getting worse, all because he hiss  is his duty. I want to help other people to decrease their stress with some advice from my own life encouraged to encour  yourself. Have confidence in yourself and trust yourself. You need to change your words when you feel lazy, so I am always too lazy about my work and my dad always knows too , he is a counselor for me and he always supports me .Because now I worry about my study and  my university in the future including I saw my dad do the work that is very hard and confusing and he really tired but he always fights and never gives up , he try to overcome the work for many reason it was for his  family and he can past this work by his patience and effort and his words that make encourage him .But I felt less tired because I saw my dad work harder that me so I should have my dad as an inspiration and I must keep working hard.Namely you always feel that you should finish tyou’reMaybe you feel like you’re going to die from the stress. Or maybe you want to stop being lazy Try saying these sentences to yourself:

  1. I can overcome this work.
  2. I’m Lucky to do this work.
  3. I will do this work better than everyone.
  4. I won’t let time defeat meI will be incontrol of the clock.
  5. I can do it! 

I wonder if you can tell a personal story about when you used one or more of these sentences to encourage yourself and feel less stressed.

Second, if you already encourage yourself, then maybe you need to take a break to relax,especially my dad who is very serious with work and very determined. In conclusion my dad is kind of obsessed with his work so he works harder until he forgets healthcare himself and in his mind .My dad always refused to travel because he worried about his work but my brother tried to invite us to travel by using birthday as the cause and finally it worked! on May 19 ago (my brother’s birthday) . I can feel his happiness differently when he is doing work whereas traveling is not the only thing that decreases your stress and when you give time for relaxation more than your work so you can not send your work or finish in the perfect time.

Also you can try this list in my way by yourself. 

  1. Walk with your pet in the park.
  2. Take a bath or soak your feet in warm water for 20 minutes.
  3. Maybe singing can help you (I always use karaoke)
  4. Dancing  with music or doing exercise.
  5. Take a rest by sleeping. 
  6. Go to travel to a place  outside the city.


However, don’t leave your work there for a long time because if you don’t do your work day by day or keep procrastinating, it will increase your stress.  This case is the main cause of stress because you have to do really hard work in a limited time in order to finish the work. It is similar to an ant that carries a lot of sugar cubes at one time. It’s very hard work for them, isn’t it?

    On the whole, stress  has many factors. The advice that I give you to free yourself from  being stressed does address the problem of stress from the source .We should fix the cause by managing our  time and writing in the planner and adjusting your understanding with your work so it can make your work easy .
