My last weekend is very nice to me. It is about accepting of Soul of Soy (SOS) to me. It is good that I can be in the E-Sport’s circle when I was just 15 years old. I want to be a gamer pro player/gamer since I was 10 years old but my mum seen difference. My mum wants me to be a doctor but I don’t like it, I hate science and I hate medical job. I think I can be a nice student and a nice player in the same time. So I can show my mum that I can success in E-Sport way.

Game pro player is my favorite job because I think, in the future GAMES can makes money. 3 years ago, E-Sport got started in Thailand that is why a lot of people wants to be a game pro player because it can makes money. In the future I think E-Sport will develop by government. It’s same like a sport, E-Sport means is Electronic Sport. If we can know that this time we want to study, this time we want to practice, We will be like a student that plays football to be a footballer in the future. I have practiced with this team for a week. It is good because I can know how to play like a pro player and I can know rules of E-Sport team. Soul of Soy. PUBG Mobile (SOS) has 5 players, It is me,PeWhy , Solotov, Boo, DureX, H2O, all of this is our alias in the online world. Average of age in this team is 17 years old. I am the youngest so my mum said I am too kid but I don’t care, I want to be a pro player, so I can set the time like this. Wake up at 6.30, go to school 7.00, back to home 16.15, do homework ti 18.99, take a bath and have a dinner to 19.00, warm the fingers to 19.30, practice with team from 20.00 to 22.30 and go to bed. If I can develop this country I wanna agree the E-sport is correct to the law.

Now a days internet privacy issues was become one of the most anxiety for the internet user around the world,  however we can’t deny that when we are online our data may spill , therefore  we need to protect ourselves from this situations.

From my point of view , Privacy is the basic of  human rights so privacy is more  important than the public safety ,I won’t say that  the public safety is not important but i put privacy priority , If the government want to collect our privacy data it may shows that the government don’t trust people  and  on the other hand people don’t trust the government also.

Actually i trust government because government is the system organization of the country but i don’t trust the government worker,( in this content i mean the worker who collect our privacy  data for the government) I may have a question that  Can we trust someone to collect our data and how deep the data they want to keep , i feel comfortable if the government  look at my website searching (they limit some inappropriate website to protect the children that the good point i agreed) but they shouldn’t  be able to look at my phone calls , e-mail or texts. At the present mostly we contact each other by texts ,so if the government can reach to our private texts they will know everything such as where we go , what we do , who is our friends that make me feel uncomfortable so i think my privacy is very important.

  I will give  an example for support my opinion that privacy is important  :  If you run a business with your partnership and you contact via and e-mail everything in that is the trade secret and if the government worker can get through this secret , if some worker take your secret and sale to your business competitors and you will know what happen next. I will not resist if the government want to collect my data but they have to tell me how deep they want to keep and they have to ask for my permission first but i think if they want to collect people privacy data they must issue the Law first , people will respect to the Law , and am sure that the government have the right  to collect the data from criminal or unsuspecting people.

Finally, in my own opinion i still confirm that the privacy is more important than public safety , not because i only need my privacy but because i don’t trust the people who work in the part of collecting data , I will appreciate if the government will  collect only basic data from us and ask my permission first if they want something more.

ARM the British computer chip producer told their staffs to stop business with Huawei.

Recently ARM the computer chip or a semiconductor manufacturer stopped supplies to Huawei. As a Huawei smartphone users. This made me feel like its getting risky. The reason why ARM stopped business is because the semiconductors they are making for the phones are made with An American owned technologies. Came with the Trump administrations ban. I believe this is a part and the effect from the trade war between the United States and China. This decision slows down and shakes the whole company in to chaotic situation. Huawei uses the chips for 5G devices and servers. And Vodafone found a back doors hidden in Huawei’s equipment. So there could be some security issues that we don’t know.

The US government have banned Huawei for Security reasons since 2012. This case gave a really bad image on Huawei. The US government is concerned about Huawei taking over the 5G technology and use it for spying,which will bring profits to China. “Whoever gets to dominate 5G infrastructure will become the owner of the next generation of the World’s telecoms infrastructure. Recently Google said that the Huawei ban threatens National security of the US. There is a rumor that the Google will stop all the services on Huawei devices such as Update, Google play service, which are used for most of the apps like YouTube and the Operating system, Android. But google have announced that they will cut off Huawei devices from future Android updates.

For this i personally think the US government have made the best decision for them selves and the Huawei users. My first Huawei phone was Nova 2i, I thought the company makes phones with great balances for both Cost and performance. But after i saw the news about the Backdoor, and the security policies it changed my mind. I’ve questioned myself “Are they watching me?”, “Should i change my phone?”.

Would you buy a phone that can’t use Google apps like Play store, YouTube, Chrome, Google drive? Facebook stopped Huawei pre-installing their apps on the devices. The western allies of the US are banning Huawei and agreeing that Huawei is a National risk. There are Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Taiwan and the United States. Italian politicians are reportedly pushing for Huawei 5G ban.

Lastly the value of the Huawei devices are hitting the bottom. The latest flagship phone of Huawei the P30pro the price in Singapore is about 1025 US dollars. but the real problem occurs when reselling it. The price sinks down to 130 US dollar. it has lost almost 90% of its value. My questions are does it worth it? Is it okay to upgrade my phone?

The conclusion is that the decision that the US government have made affected the whole world. And confused companies and companies valued customers which is us. It can be dangerous to own it. It’s not stable like Apple or Samsung. So i bought the Samsung Note8 in the end. And i think its not okay to use Huawei smartphones or products until they make a clear statements about their security policies towards the users and prove themselves that they have no connections to the Chinese government.

My opinion about the years of the debate and negotiations, politicians have changed a final vote in European Parliament. The changes have proved to cause the disagreement or discussion of platforms like Youtube, Facebook, Twitter and many more to agree with. In my opinion about Article 13 may be bad because you have to respect or you need to get a license from the owner of the copyrighted material. Which means you can’t make content with copyrighted material.

I think that The European Directive on copyright in the digital market requires the likes of Youtube, Facebook, and Twitter to take more responsibility for copyrighted material being shared illegally on their platforms, which i think that The most controversial segment like Article 13, that means Youtubers and Youtube itself will become the most vocal opponents of the law because some of people hate it so much by the fact that it ban all the content but there are few people who feel alright with this law itself

I started research about this law. This is about how the law started, on April 15, 2019, The European council -ministers from each of the 28 EU member states had voted EU law, The copyright Directive as passed by the European Parliament, The six of the member states. Finland, Italy, Luxembourg, Nether lands, Poland, Sweden didn’t vote for the Directive but 19 Eu members voted for the Directive which make the most voted members win and people seems to don’t like it.

I may think about the owner of the copyrighted material that’s why you should limit the copyrighted content that you want to share to online but if there’s an article 13 on Youtube and Youtube has to watch millions of the content creator that use copyrighted material like for example people use pictures of “The Lord of The Ring” to make a video, and then the director of this movie saw this, So Youtube has to block the video or maybe someone trying to make an edited picture on Facebook, Facebook has to block the post. That’s why people disagree about article 13, which it’s a waste of time that Youtube has to watch millions of people doing this and blocking people’s creativity and people’s fun time or something like “meme ban”.

As you can see, there are lots of problem about article 13, which started from the vote of EU member states. In my opinion, Article 13 should be gone for good of the people of social media. I usually watch funny videos in my daily routine on platforms like Youtube, Facebook, Twitter, and many more platforms. If these platforms use this law-article 13, the Content creator wouldn’t make new videos, new stuff or maybe memes, In the end, all I want to say is #SAVETHEINTERNET for everyone’s good.

I believe that everyone who owns their electronic devices knows YouTube, the application that has literally everything to watch and learn, just like Google, but all in videos. There are many creators who create videos and create more diversity in the YouTube community, these creators got income from views and company advertisements. Recently I found that many YouTube creators posted videos about how YouTube less the income calculations by limited the styles of videos, Only the most quality, and positive videos get to be shown to viewers. In my opinion, this is the wrong decision made by YouTube, change the rules only decreases the diversity of contents.

Before going into events, we must know that the YouTube community has various kinds of videos, from child songs to memes to game streams to strong sensitive content. YouTube owns their platform so they can do whatever they want to improve and get better. It is like when you are the owner of a whiteboard that has a lot of messages with large attention in it. Most of the people love that one message but you are the one that disagrees with it so you decide to delete it in front of everyone. That isn’t fair for those who like it at all, everyone should have a right to love and keep what they like.

As YouTube quietly changed the rules of the game, creators must provide videos that have more quality and increases the time with the right content so that YouTube sees it as a “good video” that they can then promote to the worldwide. Also, it will be harder for advertising to be shown in a video, which Zheng HengZhi, the Technical Director of Google had confirmed it. However, there is a Japanese YouTuber “Raphael” that have more than 3 million subscribers on his YouTube account which got suspended out of the community, His videos are about sexual myth in social and weapon experiments on human. After the suspending, he had opened his secondary channel Which now only left with 1.12 million subscribers and also he can no longer to make strong sensitive content which is his old style. He is only allowed to do normal content, He chooses to create pranking videos that make no fit in him at all compared to the old styles. I think kicking him out of YouTube only makes the problem become worst many organizations are going to make news about him which gives him more attention. also, his followers are going to upset about it, or even say something bad about YouTube.

YouTube’s new rule can be very harmful to big business. Google has lost $2 billion in ad revenue on YouTube. The new concept makes Google harder to put advertisements due to the decreasing of profit and the space of putting ads in videos. But I believe that Google cares about quality content more than the money made from ads which are good for both side.

Overall, YouTube meant to have all kind of videos that is legal on it so user can search and see whatever they like, but now YouTube platform has limited the content of videos more strictly, that does improve the overall quality of videos but that is not fair for some people who like to watch or study about “the edge of the law” topic videos, Everyone has rights to watch whatever they like legally. This change also made a loss of business companies. Instead of changing rules and limited the content, Users should know how to use YouTube on the right objective and turns into positives for the YouTube community.

Internet is very important to today’s world.Because in this world is rush time ,hurry to go to work,hurry to go to school.There is no free time and still have no time to do anything else.Which way can make us comfortable,take the least time?Using technology is another option that can make life easier and gives more comfort in life.The use of internet is another chance to people because in the past people may not give much important to it. But now technology maybe what we want. In Thailand Thai people use internet to communicate ,search, watch movies or listen to musics. More than 80%of Thai people use internet about 7-9hours per day. Top 3websites that Thai people like to use are Google. Co. Th, YouTube. Com and Google. Com. This shows that Thai people uses internet all the time. Cause we have to use the internet carefully because record in the internet will be watched by the government.

Internet censorship is mean to control or suppression of thing that can be accessed ,published on the internet by the supervisor individual or government check as well. From ethical or business reason to comply with social. If you post ,share or do thing that illegal you will be banned or get punished. Censorship in Thailand involves political news control under the government ,including threat and managements. Freedom of speech has guaranteed in 1997 constitution of Thailand and the law guarantees of those who continue in the 2007constitution. Censorship mechanism include the lese majeste law, direct government military has control in broadcasting and media. Using economic and political pressure.

The voice of support or objection to the internet examination is different. According to the 2012 Internet Society survey, 71 percent of respondents agreed that “There should be some forms of examination on the internet” and in the same survey found that 83 percent of respondents agreed that “Internet access should be considered as one of the basic human rights” and 86 percent of respondents also agree that “It should guarantee freedom of speech on the internet” which is from the world website index. (GlobalWebIndex) found that more than 400 million users worldwide use virtual private networks to avoid detection or to increase the level of privacy. However, many techniques or schemes for avoiding avoidance are inappropriate. With day-to-day use From this article shows that there are many people who disagree with the center.

In Thailand, there are many websites that are banned, most websites that are involved in the severe political situation in southern Thailand, Muslims are blocked, especially websites that support the Pattani Liberation Organization (PULO), which is a group that has been banned. Which works for a separate Muslim state, including PULO’s appeal to the United Nations for correction.

In conclusion internet is not as scary as you think when using the internet. Think carefully before searching for information because the usage on the internet is not 100% safe. If you are searching for anything illegal or against the computer law, you may be punished, but if used in the right and creative way Will benefit you.

Trump’s banning of Huawei could be the beginning of the biggest trade war ever. Major manufactor “Huawei besides China doesn’t exclusion Google and Facebook to do business to.Trump suggest to Google not to allow Huawei to use Google and others Android apps that’s mean Huawei can’t  update their own Google and others apps. I think I agree with Trump because if we still allow Huawei use Google it’s mean they can defraud others company and sell others privacy information. Huawei have a lot of scandal news about selling people privacy and I think that Huawei not suppose to selling others privacy information because everyone have their own secret that don’t want anyone else to know.Huawei also cheat and try to hack others company information and make a same production with Portuguese by not pay a license,

                  First reason I think Trump make a good decision because if he does not put Huawei in the blacklist of U.S yet that’s mean Trump still let Huawei hack people’s privacy information but now Trump stop everything and he also protect users’s information and others company.ARM also cancel not to work with Huawei to,so it is hard that Huawei need to work without ARM but it is a right way to protect all users.

                  Second reason is On 2017 they make “Envizion 360” that’s same as the Portuguese production. On 2019 Huawei use MPEG of Germany by don’t pay the license, well I think It is not a good idea to copy others work by not paying license right? You think is it good? I think It isn’t. Huawei is the major manufactor they shouldn’t copy others production like this they need to create by themselves by using their creative ideas not to copy from others.

                  Third reason in fact Huawei also pay for mystery staff in Motorola to buy a secret information from one company to make their own products and become a big lawsuit and right now Huawei have create their own website but I think it is hard to make Android users to understand how to use website however some of Android users don’t want to use and disagree to because it is hard to use and Google is better.

                  Fourth reason even Huawei already deal with Russia  Russia to develop 5G agreement and On 2020 and there will have new technology device I think it is hard to make a new devices without ARM however I think that Android users are mad that someof them have been sold the privacy information.

There are many question in our head about Huawei and Google.In this blog,I am going to talking about WHy Google banned Huawei and the effects to our daily life. Firstly,The reason why Google banned Huawei is Google worried that Huawei may take the secret of USA through Germany.But Google do not have any clear evidence yo proof that Huawei can be surveillance.At the same time,Huawei said they are not surveillance. I know that this event make many people who are using Huawei’s devices feel very upset and confused.

USA government told Germany president that the US would not be able to continue sharing the same level or the same amount of classified intelligent over fears of Chinese government.Huawei deniesthat its equipments are use for spying the US,because the USA did not have any evidence.

Finally,Google suspends the service with the hardware,software and bussiness services of Huawei.This make many people who are using Huawei want to change their phone. Google make Huawei have to do everything by themselves and very risks for the the Huawei company, because many technology is US’s like supply chain,equipment that Huawei cannot find efficiantly equipment like US’s.Huawei may have to be ZTE,this makes Huawei have to pay money, chang their management and compromise.

To sum up,Banning something cannot make anything better,it will make the problem worse.This event make many peoplewho are using Huawei do not agree with this decision. However, some app on Huawei can be used but not like before.Huawei can use some application or can not use many app that are Google’s.

“Victim” is 1a good word for what I’m going to write about. You can know it from the title. In 21 century the online game becomes a very popular activity for many people. Most of those gamer play their game on Video game digital distribution platform. Steam is one of the examples that show the success of Video game digital distribution platform because million of a gamer plays their game on Steam. And every online game that sells on Steam have a player that is a hacker or cheater So to protect the player from a hacker, the game needs to have anti-cheat that ban player, and I not agree with the ban, because many time banning the cheater is not helped to cure any cheater problem and it makes millions of gamer on Steam become a victim of the ban. And I believe that many gamers will thing like me if you have played many online games.

Second, there are many types of hackers such as Script Kiddie, White Hat and more. Make many games companies use many ways to punish hackers players such as a ban, kick or report, but many innocent players still get a ban. In my opinion, a ban does not just disrupt innocent player but it still not a very good fix to the hacker problem. You can still see cheater every match you play even the game ban it. Apex Legends is one of a great example. The big new games call Apex Legends, a hero shooter game develop by Respawn Entertainment have at least one cheater in every match. They have banned over 355000 players after releasing theme game for 1 month. Apex Legends add many ways to stop a hacker such as a reported or anti-cheat bot, and latest they added was a hardware ban, which bans players from the computer they play, but hacker problem still not get a fix until now. I think a ban does not fix the problem. Come on! those hacker don’t even afraid computer IP ban.

Next, for me, a ban is not a way the I gonna choose because sometimes you do something wrong you gonna lose it. Popular twitch streamer Shroud, he had spent his time playing Playerunknown’s Battleground (PUBG) with the strange hacker. He rode hacker flying car and scored one kill make he got banned for a month, and it becomes the reasons why Shroud stops playing PUBG. That why game admin should check the player carefully so they don’t make a mistake on banning because a random ban leads to a loss of player and the fans.

Next, I think everyone has something that you love but what it gonna feel if that thing broke. Nine years ago Valve the owner of Steam has randomly ban massive of players because there is a lot of cheater in Valve games. However, after that massive groups of a gamer show their disfavour to random bans. They were given after playing Modern Warfare 2 and receiving a ban. The only way to play online again after receiving a ban would be to buy the game again. Made the gamer adamant for their innocence. You know, to get ban for something that you enjoy, love or related to is not fair for those gamer who is a big fan of the game they love.

To sum up, I disagree with a ban because banning people from the game is not helping to fix any hacker problem, and It also makes a massive problem if it bans the wrong player. Some people agree with a ban. Maybe they have tasted the pain from the cheater but if you be the one that got a ban from something that they don’t even know about. If you are the one who very loves the game and you have relative to it but one day you have to lose it from something that you didn’t make it up. The ban is not a good idea to stop a hacker problem.
