I have some thoughts about Thai conformity because a lot of adults in Thailand, including my own Dad, have often judged how I act in front of people, and that I am too confident. Thai kids are also pressured by their parents about their behavior. Our generation is often repressed. We can’t be what we want to be, and can’t act the way we want to act. We are not allowed to be independent and express ourselves in our own way.

Thai conformity has been a part of Thai culture for a long time, carried on through generations of people in society. This is the reason why Thai society hasn’t developed or improved. Now the world is changing. It is a new place for the younger generations and Thailand is not isolated anymore. We are the part of international community so we should change some old things so we could be able to develop as the other countries do. 

However, older Thai people are very hard to change because they were raised with their parents saying that “You need to have manners, you have to be polite, agree with adults, don’t be too confident, study hard, and don’t act differently from the others.” So that is how Thai kids have been treated like they’re their parent’s dolls. They can do anything with their kids, make them perfect so it’s good for their future and care about how people think and have an opinion about their kids but they don’t care about their own kid’s feelings, dreams, or preferences. 

There are three main forms of conformity that Thai parents try to force on their children, which I want to address:

1. Don’t be too confident.
2. Study hard and have a good job like a doctor.
3. Don’t act older than your age.

Don’t be too confident.

When adults tell their children to not be too confident to argue with older people, it is usually because they believe that adults  are always right. Isn’t that nonsense? Isn’t that disgusting? Why do kids have to agree with something they disagree with but can’t speak out? Why do we have to be silenced? Not just this point, being not too confident makes us not be ourselves, if someone wants to do rainbow hair, Long nails, neon nails, and wear a rainbow shirt, they have to stop because they are too confident right? The adults will judge, even their parents will judge. Parents should be the one that understands their children the most but why are they not accepting who their children are? We are born to be ourselves, not who other people want us to be. Being confident is not wrong at all.

A lot of Thai kids don’t want to listen to these things, but they have to do it because their parents say so. Thai conformity affects Thai society and the development of the country. For example, many Thai students aren’t brave enough to show their talent because they have to be “not too confident and be the same as others.” So they just conform and they don’t have any chances to show what they can do. So they never have a chance to use their talents to improve the quality of life. It is very paradoxical from what parents expect from their kids because they always tell their kids to perform.

“Study hard and have good jobs, like a doctor.”

Many parents tell their kids, “Study hard and have good jobs, like a doctor.” Everyone wants their kid to be successful in their life. But some parents don’t force their kids to be what they wanted them to, some do.

Even though their kid doesn’t want to be what they wanted, but Thai parents will do everything to force or change their kid’s mind to be a doctor. A lot of parents said that “I want you to be a doctor because I can’t be a doctor, I know you can do it, at least I have had a child that is a doctor.” It’s all so they can show off their kids to others. They say, “Be a doctor because this job has a very high salary, so you could be able to take care of us in the future.” This proves that the old thinking isn’t working anymore, like I said previously, the world is changing. Now there are uncountable works that can find more money than being a doctor example like a youtuber, actress, singer or a dancer.

Don’t act older than your age.

“Don’t act older than your age. Don’t wear tiny clothes . Don’t have a boyfriend too early.” If we consider a little bit more, we will get that doing or not doing does things doesn’t even matter to our lives. Having a boyfriend early doesn’t turn you into a bad person. Wearing tiny clothes is not illegal. Thai people were the one making meanings about doing those things up, even though it doesn’t even mean a thing. What we should care about are : 

1. Not doing things illegal.
2. Not doing things moral.

Because those things are the one deciding we are a bad or a good person.

Doing things that are not related to Thai conformity will make people judge that our parents didn’t know how to teach us the right way, for me there is no right way to teach us, but there is a way that the kid is happy and not happy. If the parents treated the kid happily, they will be free to be, to say, and to act. They will have a life that not much Thai children have and that’s the best thing a parent can give to a kid. But if their parents treated them unhappily, the kid will be suppressed and act like a robot because they’re nothing different from the others, not confident, and don’t know the way of living life on their own because they always follow the Thai conformity and what their parents tell them to. You should even give a compliment to people that are confident because they’re special and unique as who they really are.

At last I wanted to say that we should stop using those conformity to the next generations and stop forcing them and inserting a code like they’re robots because they’re humans. We are all different. We are not who our parents and the society want us to be. Let’s choose our own way to live our life freely and happy as who we are.

Are black people human beings as well as us? Why other people sometimes bully and take offence to black people? How do you think we should act to this violence? In my opinion, we can solve this problem together. Everybody with any colour skin can live together peacefully.

As we have seen and heard on the news about the killing of George Floyd (a black man), this incident is very brutal and unacceptable. (https://nyti.ms/2XMtUMa) He just used a counterfeit 20$ bill to buy cigarettes in the grocery store, which is not a severe case. But he was killed while he was under police custody by a white police officer named Derek Chauvin. He knelt on Floyd’s neck for almost 9 minutes until he died. I think the police officer used unnecessary excessive force, he should be aware that Floyd is a human as well as him. Some people even thought that it was homicide and were angry with this incident. They realized that they should do something, so they went outside their houses and gathered on the roads in many cities to protest against the violence even though the country was facing with COVID-19 pandemic situation.

The protest was initially peaceful. There were so many public memorial of George Floyd in many cities of the US, but very soon it became a vandalism of stores and some protesters stole goods inside the stores and destroyed public supplies. I think the people that protested peacefully and asked for human rights were reasonable, but some that took advantage from the situation were unacceptable (including some police officers who needlessly hurt peaceful protesters were unacceptable as well). What they did was against the law and as days went by the situation seemed to be uncontrollable. There were fire settings throughout the cities even at the police station, so the government deployed the national guard and applied a curfew to control the situation. However the protest situation seemed unstoppable, and it was also harmful,  because the COVID-19 was spreading among the US people at this moment. In my opinion what some protesters did were not the right things. Although some police officers used force against them to control the situation previously, they should find the other peaceful way to demand what they wanted and fight against those police officers.

 
So what the protesters should do next? Actually, there have been many campaigns about human rights and against racism for a long time, such as, FIFA’s “Say No To Racism” campaign (https://cnn.it/3g8DDnD), etc. There are many organizations to work for human rights and nowadays all people around the world realize about the problem of systematic racism. I think these days black people have more rights and better quality of life than in the past. Although there are quite a lot of racists still out there and they believe in using violence, we need to change their attitude. If we cannot do it in a peaceful way, we need to use a law to protect the black people’s rights. To issue the law, we need a government leader, who gives priority to human rights especially for black people. Therefore, all that the protesters can do is push thier politicians to support their demands by issuing some essential laws.

Finally, everybody has human rights as well as the others. Whatever race they are, their rights have to be protected equally. People also have the right to protest, but the protest should be under proper control. If they want to change something, they need to use a peaceful way, which is a vote to avoid a violence that may be occurred. By using this way everybody in the world can live together peacefully.

The history of Black People in America

In 1926 that is called Negro history Month by Carter G Woodson. A lot of people came from Africa and Spain, African and Spanish people they got along with and they were friendly between each other. It was all harmonious. The conquistadors set sail and went out west and they discovered America. Africans did have a habit of selling off their own people as slaves to other countries black on black crime.

 When the conquistadors went to the place that they discovered they wanted to build settlements and churches so they would buy a bunch of slaves from Africa and ship them out. In early Caribbean island was filled with slaves and it’s a mixture of black free and enslaved people. In 1619 Jamestown Virginia white people from England they bring in about 20 black slaves that were indentured along with some white slaves and that is the start of black slaves in America.

 The person who made slavery is a BLACK MAN named Anthony Johnson in 1654 he was a black slaves owner he had indentured slaves he didn’t want to let them free so he goes to court he changes the law he wins his court case the law change saying that you can be a permanent slave owner and could have permanent slaves.

In 1776 the start of Revolutionary war with England we win it so they write the Constitution afterwards 1788 the Constitution has verified that racism against black people and it does not discriminate whether you are free whether you are a slave whether you are immigrant it does not care it says that if you are black you are less than a man and they can’t do anything millions and millions of black people are brought over to America to become slaves and they were dying and it was very horrible.

 In 1863 Abraham lincoln signed the Emancipation proclamation he ends slavery. After that black people are getting educated and getting jobs and are rich but there still some black people that are poor after slavery ended. 

In 1902 we rebounded man from slavery they were black bankers black doctors and then a lot of black people become successful, then white people become jealous in Greenwood  Oklahoma 1921 they basically massacred everybody down there and that’s when everybody is going crazy because they weren’t happy of their success.

The century before that said white people are the greatest. I want this to end before things will go more out of hands until we have justice between colors.

Care about others

Love each other, respect one and other, care about one and other no matter we have different things but we are all human and we all have the right to come out and say that “BLACK LIVES MATTER” even we are white citizen we have to care other people that have to go through hard times in their lives but we are all in this together and I believe that this racism will end yes, I am a white citizen and it doesn’t mean that I can’t speak out for black people and I can’t keep seeing black people getting hurt because I always think that if we were them would we like it, so I always think for other people because we are humans and I want all of us to live happily together. 

There might be people who think that it’s the right decision to don’t care about black people because they think that black people are bad people or they are disgusted which I think they shouldn’t judge the book by its cover and think that they are bad from the look of their color.

I also think that it’s not all about racism but it’s about handling arresting people correctly by not hurting them but to tell them to do what the police ask them to do instead and I understand that not all police are bad just a few of them that are bad. I think that both black and white people kill black people equally, not just black people kill black people. yes, black people killing each other a lot but not just black-white people also killing a lot of black people too.

  I personally think that the Internet is very good for everyone. It’s because the Internet has been my favourite since 2015, sure Internet might be bad  but I also know that not always good people are on the internet.The cause of it’s been my favourite it’s because the internet helped me a lot, like research, having fun etc.

 The internet can be  bad because it can cause sleep deprivation, bullying, relationship drama, stress and more. And your health can deteriorate  because you might get addicted to an online  game or the internet world and you want to play a lot, which causes eye strain and brain damage.

According to one study, Internet addiction may have serious consequences, such as changing your lifestyle in order to spend more time on the internet, ignoring individual health and main activities, reducing the social relationships, ignoring the family and friends, and finally, financial, educational, and physical problems 

  As I said, the Internet is very great but they also have dark sides such as the dark web which is very bad.Most people said cyberbullying is bad like your friends can bully you the online way but you can’t fight back also it might cause you to suicide so you have to stop at once.A lot of people like gaming doesn’t mean you can play for days straight because it hurts your mental health, some people played games for days and died infront of the monitor which is a bad way to spend on internet. You can play a lot but atleast get some rest, rest is a very good thing when you are tired.

   Well, when you watch video you goes to comment section and there you can see toxic/bad comments or good comments such as

Bad comments: Okay I couldn’t find bad comments in youtube or internet but I know that bad comments in youtube i saw before are bad words and bullying people, so whenever the other person has the different idea the people tries to argue and make the other person lose in the argument and making them believe the person who started argument.

(They like to use bad words or like to annoy you,cyberbully or judge you which is annoying.)

Good comments:

I saw a lot of people commenting good comments about videos,pictures etc. Such as “check my instagram bio ” and I checked it and his/her instagram bio says that “Have a nice day!” same goes for youtube I saw Click for more, then I click and there is “god bless you” and other comments such as praising and helping them.

In instagram,facebook,youtube and other social media sites there gotta be good/bad comments so you have to be careful to write comments and to choose words.

Dark Web

Now dark webs are pretty scary and yeah you don’t wanna get involved in this, if you go in one you might see human parts, scary things or they might hack your ip address and come to your house who knows?

Summarize of the Internet

 Personally, If I would choose a side, I say that the internet is mostly good. Yes, if the internet wasn’t discovered yet I wouldn’t be addicted.What I do a lot is play on the internet everyday because I would be very bored without the internet.Yes there is a bad side like bad people online or like cyberbullying,hackers and more. But if the internet got deleted because of the bad, people like youtubers and  tiktokers would have no job and we would have less access to information. 

It’s really your responsibility to protect yourself against the internet such as cyberbullying, judging, annoying people, bad words etc.. Either way the bad sides and good sides also need the internet. There’s no one who doesn’t need the internet (maybe some people). The Internet has some good ways but sometimes good ways turn into bad ways. So always be careful. One of the reasons we can live this far or live more far in the future are because of the internet, If it wasn’t the internet people wouldn’t know strangers such as america and thailand can’t mail or letter that far but now that the internet is here you can do many things.  

If I looked at the past when I was a kid, everyone in my family always complained about the kids who liked to wear makeup.They’d said,“Look at that kid, she put red lipstick on her mouth, looking too mature than her age!” Most older generations wanted to imply that it’s untimely and some kids their ages was 14-15 but when they make up they looked 20 so many of the older generations wanted kids to look their age.Makeup, they say, is for adults, and used to make them to be more beautiful and more attractive to boys.It’s for this reason that older generations think that it is not appropriate for kids.

As my community that I live was a countryside most of people are older generations and they have the same opinion overall but it doesn’t mean in urban society doesn’t have people who thinks like this ,they also have because this problem was teaching a kids  from generations to generations.But many of new generations they have another opinion that different from them.

What Do New Generations think?

I’m the one who encountered these problems too because I like makeup and buy some lipstick and girls cosmetics but my mom and my grandmother complained to me a lot that I was precocious but opposite to my sister and my friends because they always supported me and did not complain to me anything.So you can see that older generations’ opinions were very different from new generations’ opinions in the opposite way because new generations they don’t have any problems or any negative thinking about makeup.Many beauty bloggers say that makeup is a kind of art and we shouldn’t  let others’ criticism drop our confidence.If you like makeup just do it, don’t be scared of anyone’s opinion.For this reason, Srinakharinwirot University (SWU)  has a new subject for students in the Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts called Makeup Design for Performance.Dr.Satasai Phonghiran, Head of The Faculty of Fine and Applied Arts at Srinakharinwirot University, said about the teaching and learning in this programs,”Studying the art of make-up by SWU is not only taught about beauty.But we teach to know how to make artistic makeup for professional use or in everyday life.”

I agree because makeup is kind of art not just for beauty because art needs to use brush and color to create the work.When we finish we need to show our work to everyone and it is similar to makeup too also I agree with the beauty blogger’s opinion that we shouldn’t makeup doesn’t have to be sexual.It doesn’t have to be about attracting boys or trying to look older than we really are.Because I think makeup doesn’t makeup doesn’t have to be sexual. It doesn’t have to be about attracting boys or trying to look older than we really are.It’s our face we can do what want and we shouldn’t let people to control what our face would be look like even if the finished look make your face looked older but if we prefer to ours style, just do it don’t care about they will think that we makeup for make boys interested because we makeup for makeup doesn’t have to be sexual. It doesn’t have to be about attracting boys or trying to look older than we really are.So good thing about makeup is we can improve our creativity on our face but bad thing about makeup also have that was if we use a low quality cosmetics,it can affect our face and it is very dangerous because in the past aristocratic people in England use Mercury and lead to be a material to make cosmetics,these two materials were very dangerous to skin and it is the cause of cancer.

To illustrate my point, I want to end with a powerful example of makeup as art, and how it can inspire us.There is a kid named “Prae” who is a beauty blogger and makeup artist for many celebrities.At first she started to make videos about her makeup on YouTube when she was 10 years old.Everyone that watched her channel was complaining to her that she was precious and that makeup was not suitable for her.She got many dislikes on her YouTube but three years later she became popular and successful, doing makeup for celebrities. As a result, she bought a Mercedes Benz for her mother.Eventually her mother interviewed on TV and explained that she always supported Prae and always helped her from social media.

I think some of you would know how it feels to be judged by others or to be told that you are not good enough. Then they would tell us later that I judge you or tell you because I want you to be a good person in the future. But is it really what they want to tell us or they just want to make others feel bad?

What’s judgmental?

Being judgmental is a way of making yourself feel good about yourself by hurting others.So it is very bad that you hurt others by saying that they have a bad smell or they are dumb which is an example of bullying.

I strongly disagree with this kind of action because this behavior doesn’t make you look good but can also make you look bad. This can also make the person you judge feels terrible.And if you think that you are doing this because this can make the person you judge improve themselves.But why don’t you say it nicely? It would be a positive for bothsides.

The cause of judgmental

In general,people like to judge others or bully others to make others feel bad and make themselves feel more confident or more powerful than others.The reason of this might be because of they are insecure and they need to behave this way to make them happy, or even enjoy bullying others.

Why being Judgmental is bad?

        One reason that I think that being judgemental is bad because I have once been judged before about my bucktooth. They told me that “Oh you have a buck tooth,you will never be handsome” and my feeling at that time was” really?”,Will I never be handsome? and I feel terrible at that time because they could have said having a bucktooth is fine!!! You can put braces on later. This would avoid saying hurtful words that would hurt other feelings and offensive. 

          Another reason that I think being judgemental is bad is that sometimes people can make suggestions that they think will be better for you. You did not ask them about their options such for example you see a guy wearing the same shirt everyday and you judge them that they are poor.Then you go straight up to him and say “Here is some money for you,I want you to use this money to buy a new shirt”. But then if he tell you that,” I’m not poor but the reason that I wear this shirt a lot of times is because this shirt belong to my lost father” How would you feel if he tells you like this.So I recommend you not to judge others before you know the truth behind it.

Some tips for people who are being judged

But if you are the person who is getting judged or bullied and don’t know what to do I also have some tips for you.

1.Walk away from them and don’t take those words personally.

2.Focus on people who love you and tell them about this.

3.Stand up for yourself or say something like”thank you for your opinion but I’m happy with what I am doing right now.

      4.If they give you a dirty look and you have no idea what are they judging us about the best way for you is not to care about them,pretend that you don’t see them in your sight.This will make them feel disappointed that you didn’t care about them and will stop judging later on.

These are some useful tips for those of you who don’t know how to reply to those who judge you.

Gun control in America 

Most people would think that The United States is a  Great and wonderful country. But, to be honest, America has the most death rate by guns in the world for example. About 21 years ago, The Columbine HighSchool massacre was a school shooting that happened in Columbine, Colorado The United States which killed 15 people died and 24 more injured. And is one of the deadliest school shootings.

Gun control??

Gun control is the set of laws or policies that regulate the manufacture, sale, transfer, possession, modification, or use of firearms by civilians.

How easy is it to get guns in the united states

The United States is a gun Permissive country which means you just need Required information includes name, address, place of birth, race, and citizenship to buy a gun and shoot people. And that’s why America is a gun culture country. 

Why is it good to have a gun?

Having a gun can also be for self-protection or to protect someone but what I’m trying to talk about is that people use guns to either rob or murder.

Some pros and cons of owning a gun are

• you have the means available to defend yourself, your family, and your home.
• You will be able to hunt and kill your own food
• You have the last means of defense/offense in the rare cases of 

-A,Animal attack.

-B, Crazed neighbor attack 

-C, Target shooting could be an enjoyable activity.

What are the negative effects of having a gun?

• Irresponsible gun usage.
• People are constantly nervous.
• It can use to threaten lives.
• It can hurt your self if you don’t know what you are doing with a firearm.
• If you don’t keep it in a safe place, someone might take the gun and use it in a bad way for example School shootings.

In my opinion, I think gun control should really make greater restrictions on getting a gun because it’s too easy to get a gun in the United States We should do what Iceland does.  In Iceland, to get a gun you must be 20 years old, you have to go to a doctor and test that you’re sane, and then you have to take a 12-hour course, read a full book and pass a full test. After that, you will get a license to buy only certain guns.

There was once a time in the early 90s that my father was walking in the Bronx at night. My father saw two men fighting over a woman and then one man shot another man in the alleyway leaving that woman with a dead body on the floor. This is my father’s experience.

There was another time that my aunt was teaching and an alarm went on that said, ”attention everyone! The school is on lockdown. Please find a cover and stay quiet.” After that, the police came to find the intruder and caught him.  It turned out he was a student in that school. Luckily, no one got hurt. Now we can see that sometimes for everyone to have a gun is not always a good thing.

Solutions

Make it harder to earn a gun. This will make the United States have less crime and people have a responsibility when having a gun and stop yourself from using a gun in the wrong way. And if people say that gun control decreases violence with this information showing us that countries with little to no guns have a significant decrease in crime.

Why do we care?

Imagine you’re talking to your loved ones about something very personal. you don’t know it, but someone is listening to your conversation. This person then writes down your whole conversation that you have and sends it to every company in the town. Then every company sends you mail asking you to buy their products, and in their mailings, they mention details of your private conversation!… Wouldn’t you feel uncomfortable, angry, betrayed or deceived? Well, this is exactly what Facebook does. I assume that the Facebook advertising business is not welfare due to what they get versus us, Facebook gets benefits more than us. This is why we should not use facebook because it’s not worth it to trade your privacy with things that want to sell it to you. 

We were born in the generation that technology started to effettive our lives so it’s a new thing that we need to learn more about. Facebook is one of the social media platforms that has changed most of our lives And according to Webster, nearly 80% of people between the ages of 12-24 use Facebook  and they all have a personal profile which is like enforcing everybody to put their information about themselves in order to make an account. Most of them have a Facebook account just because it’s convenient for them to login to other websites without remembering many usernames and passwords. 

At the same time, Facebook has been using our information to target us with ads that interest us so that we’re more likely to click on them. Even though Facebook says they might look at your private conversation in chat just to define if they violate the company rules and they won’t use the contents of your messages to target you with ads. My mom has experienced this situation. When me and my family were having dinner my mom told me that her glasses frame just broke and all the glasses ads appeared from nowhere even though they did give a decent offer but my mom didn’t buy them either. I still don’t trust what Facebook said because they don’t explain more about the way their app listens to real life conversations that we are having and use that information to  bring up advertisers related exactly to what we’re talking about. 

Facebook sells our information?

People might not know the details about how Facebook advertising businesses work. Everything in this world right now is full of advertisements and business. You can see advertisements on Youtube, Instagram, Pinterest, even websites that we’ve been going through are full of advertisements and surely Facebook has them too. 

This Facebook advertisement is a huge business for Facebook. In fact, so many companies advertise on Facebook that in 2017, Facebook earned $39.9 billion from advertising revenue. All in all, the company earns about 85% of its money from advertising. Facebook sells our information to the advertisers and they can target us with their product and we can buy it, Facebook ads may also contain malware. Facebook is a free application to download. Definitely they need to make money in some way and this is how they got money in order to maintain their platform.

Facebook is regularly asked to access third parties so that our information is being shared with third parties such as Snapchat, Uber, and Spotify.

How Facebook collects our information is from our data like what we post, such as videos or status updates, as well as other content we view on the feed, what we search, real life conversations, our photo, and what we post about. They will always keep an eye on us. If they know what we’re interested in at that moment they will bring up all the advertising about it everywhere. According to Arwa Mahdawi, “The fact that marketers are able to serve me ads for yoga mats the moment after I’ve booked a yoga class.”  Arwa Mahdawi is a Guardian columnist and brand strategist based in New York. She said it’s not worth it to trade our privacy information or being stalked because of that and I agree with her because we shouldn’t have someone watch us on everything we do. This seems to be disrespectful for the users and dangerous for our generation.

If our generation closes all of our Facebook accounts and refuses to play by Facebook’s rules, the customers will decrease and it will affect their advertisement business which is their one of main profit, and they need to think about restricting the way that they get our information if they want us back on their platform.

First, what is Tik Tok?

Tik tok is the trending app right now for teenagers because we can make video content about such topics as cooking, exercise, teaching language, lip syncing music that we like and dancing. However, the Thai content Tik Tok is still not very popular because it has a lot of drama about politicians and celebrities.  Thai teenagers always bring funny and trending content from other countries, for example USA , Canada and Korea. So this app gives an opportunity to a shop that aims to find teenage kids to buy their product.

 People can sell something they want by promoting their product on this app because it can create short and concise videos so people can see and some people will feel impressed by their product.   

    This app in my opinion is like i=Instagram and YouTube mixed together because instagram people just watch and then scroll through not very interested and YouTube viewers really pay attention to what they are watching.   videos take time to watch and people pay attention but Instagram videos do not take time and people do not that much pay attention. But in Tik Tok one clip does not take too much time to watch and people pay more attention because it is not a long video to watch–like 15 to 45 seconds.                                       

      We can refresh our news feed all the time. We can put hashtag like #fyp (for you page) , #thailand #charlilover (Charli is the most popular tiktoker in the world) and #followme if we put a hashtag more people will see our video.

    At this time Tik Tok is trending more in every country because during quarantine some people don’t know what to do, so that is why Tik tok is rising  up on the charts with  more than 1500 million downloads in the past February.

Should parents worry about their kids using this app?

In my view, fifty-fifty, because every application has good things and bad things.

Good things about Tik Tok:

• We can make money from Tik tok if we are popular or have a sponsor.
• We can practice some dancing and lip syncing skills.
• We can learn another language from Tik Tok like Chinese and Korean.
• We can sell and promote our products.
• It alway has a warning if there is  some content that is  not safe.

But there are some bad things, as well:

• In my opinion, parents should be worried about personal information. Some of their kids may not know why it is important not to share personal information.
• Parents should worry about bad words because some music has really bad words like N word and F word.
• Some dances have inappropriate choreography.
• Finally there is a lot of drama, especially among Thai users.  What you look like, why you are not skinny and why you act in this ugly way. Some Thai people like to judge others based on what they see.

        Tik tok if it have someone blow some content up every one is going to do it like a virus last two month it have Jane,Nun and bow (เจน นุ่น โบว์) from SUPER VALENTINE content in Thailand and Myanmar this song is very old and it has someone remixed that song and it is trending again. Right now that content is not trending because it has another content to do dance like Charli D’Amelio and Addison Rae , Both of them are queens so everyone is going to dance like her or do hair style like her. Some groups of parents said that this app is very awful because it has a bad word and this application looks nonsense. I really don’t agree with that because almost all applications have bad words and bad things  except kid apps -3 age.This app also claims that if someone violates the rights we can spam that account. I agree with that because if someone violates the right they deserve that punishment.

Finally, If you become popular fast maybe you will go down fast too.                                   

      So I believe that we can play Tik tok and be happy with it and also be careful about your personal information. It is important because a hacker can use information to log in and go buy something or a hacker can use information to do some bad things with your identity.

       If you really care about your kid you can make an account and set it private.

My account is private, too, because I don’t want anyone except my close friends to see my videos. It’s funny!

Why do parents have to let their children play?

As a Tik Tok user myself, I think your kid can create wonderful content and learn something great like another language and some dancing  on this application.  

So we can have some exercise while using a social media app.In the link that I give will show why parents should allow children to play Tik tok.

• Parents can go to settings and edit privacy to be safe.
• Parents should be careful when your kids start to talk with strangers. 
• If you really worry, You should watch Tik tok with your kids.
• If you have some problems with Tik tok you can Email Tik tok. Within 1-2 weeks , Tik tok will respond
